Ms. Richa Pant comes with over 17 years of work experience in conceptualising and implementing Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability initiatives that are aligned with business.  She has worked with various industries including Auto Ancillary, Pharmaceuticals, Telecom and Financial Services. Her work extensively captures shared value in Healthcare, Skill Development, Digital Financial Inclusion and Women empowerment, for rural communities in both India and Kenya. In her last role she was heading Sustainability and CSR at L&T Financial Services, wherein she ideated the award-winning program Digital Sakhi: Empowering women through Digital Finance.

Given the gap in understanding sustainability practices, she recently established her own firm Harmony Inc., which works towards integrating the grassroots work of social enterprises with  corporations seeking to enhance their business value chain. Harmony Inc. also advises mid-size companies on developing ESG roadmaps, and promotes the capacity development of nonprofits.

Ms. Pant has done her Masters in Social Work from University of Delhi and General Management programme from IIM (Lucknow). She holds a Diploma in CSR and Sustainability from Swedish Institute Management Program (SIMP), Stockholm. She is a recipient of the prestigious Nuffic Fellowship on Program (NFP) Management for Development sector Professionals by Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

She has been a speaker at various international fora such Financial Inclusion Summit by Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Manila, Philippines, Digitisation and Women Empowerment by UN Women, New Delhi and at various academic institutions such as IIM (Ranchi), XIMB, NITIE, Symbiosis Institute of Management, TISS, TERI, K J Somaiya, etc.

She is also trained Hindustani Classical Singer and is a recipient of Indian Cultural Talent Search Scholarship (1993-2000), and has often volunteered with nonprofit organizations for promoting art, especially semi-classical music
